Richard Street launched the StepWise portal at the Explore Export Event held at Exeter University on June 30th 2008.   During this event Richard and Lyn Palmer MBE from GWE Business West presented a workshop to educate and extend awareness to exporters on how they can use the Web based e-Cert service provided by the British Chambers of Commerce. e-Cert enables Certificates of Origin, EUR1 and A.TR documents to be certified online. e-Cert is leading the rest of Europe in providing web based applications for exporters. e-Cert is just one of a number of services which the StepWise service helps you connect to.
